- At the Marquês de Pomba Terminal;

For hop-on hop-off service in Porto, you can also book your ticket:
- At the Loja Infante Store;
- At the Mouzinho da Silveira Store.
Once the reservation is made, you will receive a voucher that must be exchanged for your ticket.

The loss of the ticket does not allow for a refund or reissuance. Please keep your ticket safe, as it is essential to enjoy the service.

Your hop-on hop-off ticket can be valid for 24h, 48h, or 72h. The time starts counting only from the moment you validate your ticket upon boarding the bus.

For hop-on hop-off service in Lisbon:
- Children up to 5 years old do not pay for tickets.
- For those aged between 6 and 12 years old, we offer a 50% discount on the ticket price.
For hop-on hop-off service in Porto:
- Children up to 3 years old do not pay for tickets.
- For those aged between 4 and 12 years old, we offer a 50% discount on the ticket price.

We have buses prepared to accommodate passengers with reduced mobility. For further clarification, please ask our assistants on-site or contact us through our contact page.

Animals are allowed on board our buses free of charge accompanying their owners, provided they fall into one of these categories:
- Assistance dog (guide dog, hearing dog, service dog);
- Small pets (dogs, cats, small rodents) properly contained in an appropriate carrier.

To ensure a comfortable journey for everyone, only water can be consumed inside the buses.

Yes, if it is accommodated in a place that does not block the passage of other people.
